WHAT WAS THAT REBECCA…. I’ve got too many questions, not enough answers, and fan theories galore swimming around in my noggin. This book was not good for my blood pressure.

The third book in the series and I am still smitten! Violet and Xaden are so dramatic, fierce, endearing and captivating. The dragons never cease to amaze! I am in serious awe of the writing style of Rebecca Yarros. This novel has a lot more action, battles, encounters with both good and bad “leaders”, cadets, riders, fliers, venin, and DRAGONS who are too awesome for words. It still has the glorious sex scenes and the heart pounding, nerve wracking twists and I found myself gasping, angry, tearing, and every emotion drawn out by this author’s incredible writing style! I can’t wait to see what the future has in store! Thank you, Rebecca Yarros!!! I LOVE IT!!!
