FMC knowingly allows her druggie brother to use her. She agrees to pay his drug dealer the 20k her brother owes. She has zero plan, allies, or resources. She lies to everyone. Basically, I had zero sympathy for her and disliked her, and therefore had no investment in the story.

Secrets, secrets everywhere

If these walls could talk...

All the Little Secrets is Ollie and Piper's story and it is quite the tale. Unlock the secrets and win a big mess.

While I was invested in Ollie and Piper from the beginning, I found it hard to stay invested. All the drama is there but I felt like I was being dragged into it.

My favorite of the collection so far. I love the shared secrets aspect of this novel. The sexual tension of these characters is set up a lot better than book 1. I also liked how things blended from book 1 to the second stand alone book.

I think this book is supposed to be enemies to lovers because there was animosity between the two of them from book 1 but you don't really feel it in this book, it's basically romance most of the way through. Probably more friends to lovers than enemies to lovers. Not tonnes of sexy times but a couple of little scenes to keep your interest if that's what you're into. I didn't LOVE piper as a character because she cried more than I like, I'm more into the badass characters like Hayley vs. Piper. This is why I would rate this book 3.5. I also don't have any interest in the Eric story because I hate the chick he's clearly interested in and have no interest in reading any love story that involves her.
