Loved this! Was so happy to be back with Stevie and the gang. If Maureen Johnson ever publishes more of these I will read them all.

Oh, Truly Devious. I love this series. It’s fluff. It’s fun. Its creepy. It’s implausible but also scratches the exact itch left by Christie and Conan Doyle. Our main cast is very endearing, and these stories are an excellent palette cleanser if you’ve been reading too much grim material lately.

This was interesting, but not as much as the initial mystery that resolved in the last book. I prefer mysteries that can be guessed as the plot goes along, but this one really was not guessable in my opinion. Fun one off though!
OH MY GOD THIS WAS SO FUCKING GOOD HELP

JUNE 30: I DIDN'T REALIZE THIS WAS EVEN A THING I AM A FAKE FAN AND SO DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF. On another note, please oh please let Nate (my love) be a main feature in this book. He's in the synopsis, so I have hope. Also: Nate for aro/ace rep, please? Then I can love him and not have to worry about him having a love interest lmao I'm horrible (but also the rep would be AMAZING considering that the aro/ace community is essentially ignored by society). Anyway: THE COVER LOOKS SO GOOD THE PLOT LOOKS SO GOOD WE ALREADY KNOW THAT THE CHARACTERS ARE GOOD I AM SO FREAKING EXCITED.

Was worried about this series continuing but this was just as good as the original trilogy. Liked the crime and the twist at the end I don’t think I could’ve predicted it was wild
I liked this even more than the original trilogy. I think maybe because I am a sucker for a summer camp thriller! This had all of the sleuthing as the original trilogy that I loved, the characters I loved, and that extra little hint of summer camp vibes that tipped it over to a 4-star.
