this went really well! it's a medievalist book that kind of skews Popular, for the market. but I never found that was irritating or got in the way I think Hana writes perfectly for what's happening here. and she's clearly alive and excited by the Weirdness of words like my lover garsecg

I am a big fan of etymological treasures and this had a lot of hidden gems (so many Lord of the Rings references!) that I really loved. It took me longer to finish than I think it deserved, but that might be due to my higher concentration threshold requirement for non fiction.

My geeky heart loved this, and the organisation of the subject.
