I really love this easy-to-read, juicy, fast-paced series. I think teens could get into the question of Team Grayson or Team Jameson and why. Could lead to good discussions in what makes a good sibling, family member, partner, significant other.

I would give it 4 stars, but I legit don’t know what was happening in Jameson’s game. It’s all gone from my brain. Having him and Grayson stories going on at the same time was fun a nice but there was a lot going on. I also wish they gave more info on Max and Xander as well as Nash and Libby. They need their own story because what is going on behind closed doors. They went from not being a couple to getting married and we have 0 information.

The title led me to believe this would be about all four of the Hawthorne brothers, but it was not. It was about Jamie and Grayson, each with their own puzzle/mystery/game involving their fathers’ families. Unfortunately, Nash and Xander are my favorites, and there was not nearly enough of either of them. This was another fun romp with good puzzles and good characters, and a bit more of a bridge between The Inheritance Games and The Grandest Game.
