This thriller was fast paced and you didn’t want to put it down before you figured out what was going on BUT the characters were all difficult to like.
The story line had a lot of holes in it. Things didn’t always make sense.
Brooke comes from a high society family in a smaller town. She doesn’t go out since something happened a year ago. What happened and who did it is the basis of this book. I really liked how the author laid out everything for us as BEFORE and NOW. I would have rated it higher but I didn’t feel any connection with the characters and didn’t love the ending.

kind of expected the plot twist but definitely didn't expect it to be THAT big of a plot twist. I knew Brooke had more to do with Claire's death than she let on but ohhh boyy....
