The ending fell flat for me but the setup was excellent and I loved the concept.

it's a really fun concept but at the end i did find myself wanting a bit more detail, wanting a more solid close to at least some characters. Though everything implied makes sense it's just that, implied.

Kinda weird and the ending felt abrupt - seems like all the major plot happens between chapters because from one to the next so much changes
wanted Pearl to kick out Elliott’s dumbass and all his bs

Each chapter felt like a standalone short story, but they were all connected around a family. Most of the chapters felt like the beginning of a fantastic book, but unfortunately the ending didn’t tie together in a satisfying or compelling conclusion.
