Again it’s just not for me.
I found all examples ridiculous in its majority…
And woah lots and lots of examples
So like i woke up and said to myself “do not worry” and it worked that’s the book i swear almost 300 pages of that

How to Stop Worrying and Start Living is a self-help book by Dale Carnegie. It was first printed in Great Britain in 1948 by Richard Clay (The Chaucer Press), Ltd. Some books are evergreen whenever you turn their pages you will find something new. This book is time tested and paved the way for millions of people to live their life happily. Acceptance of what has happened is the first step to overcoming the consequences of any misfortune. I Loved Reading About The Experiences Of Dale Carnegie Himself. Just Amazing.

Take this book with a grain of salt. It’s a classic; but a lot of it hasn’t aged well.

This book is a good read, but I just couldn't get past the hint of sexism, and the proselytizing nature of it.

As someone who frequently gets told that I'm lying to myself about how stressed I am, this wasn't so useful for me. It was, however, a good reminder of some things that I do or had a clear statement of something I just intuitively do and didn't realize the power of it until Carnegie pointed it out. Follow the advice in the beginning: if the first two parts aren't useful, put the book down. But if they are, go through the whole thing.
