It is definitely a good book and serves the purpose. It really has very good techniques to stop worry. But there is only one problem with it, it has a lot of extra material, which is mostly repetitive and it makes it a very hectic read and sometimes boring. But it is worth it because it helps to the extent you want it to.

“If I just become a workaholic I’ll forget I have anxiety”
The perfect book for a person like me. My bible. The one book I want to reread again and again till I imbibe the principles.
The general ideas that Dale states in this book aren’t wrong, and even though we know them, are quite helpful. But about just under halfway through the book it just gets too religious and completely put me off. It’s a shame, but everything started being about miracles, making time for God, building the perfect body for bidding etc etc.
Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against religion in itself, but I lose interest when it’s so pushy. This book could have perfectly done without it, and without losing any impact on the content.
