I was finding it hard to think of Amy as a loveable character- she just cringed me out sometimes. BUT love a book that takes place in London AND New York. Lots of tropes happening and it was a little hard to follow.

A very enjoyable romcom. The characters were complex although I wished we had gotten a chapter or two in Jake’s POV to see what was going on in his head because we rarely got expressions from him. I liked Amy because there was times I did not like her and that was good. Sometimes authors try to make the fmc almost perfect, say the perfect things or show no emotion but Amy was complex and raw which was good. For a moment there I was scared that Maggie was seeing Chris but thankfully that did not happen. I liked that Jake and Amy decided to not work together but instead support each other

As a tv / book addict I’m always a fan when both collide into a book about tv. It’s just as enjoyable to me as books about books.

This is quite an adorable light funny read that was very enjoyable to read. I have never read from this author before but would definitely read another of her novels.
