Often with anthologies produced by a bunch of different contributors, you have to accept the fact that some entries aren't as good or don't resonate with you as much as others. With this anthology, I was surprised by how consistently wonderful it was!
I really enjoyed learning about different mythology I've never even heard of before, and it was nice to see a brief summary of each one as they would normally be portrayed, that you could then compare and contrast to the artists' own visions! Beautiful artwork, wonderful short stories, I highly recommend it!
