I'm still processing, but by God this is one of the best books I've ever read. Funny, deep, emotional, hopeful, downright revolutionary.

I'll carry it with me for the rest of my life.

I usually hate romance readsā€¦ just often arenā€™t my thing! But this book! I knew Iā€™d love a romance between a first son & a prince of England. It kind of reads like a gay hallmark movie in the best way. Super page-turner-y, lovable, and escapist. I didnā€™t really want it to end to be honest.

Itā€™s funny, very quippy, itā€™s got some cute moments, and the characters are like able enough. I enjoyed seeing the relationship come together, but after I got about 3/4s of the way through it sat untouched on my desk for weeks because, ultimately, I didnā€™t care enough about the story or the characters to see what happens to them.

Beautiful book, set in real-world politics without reminders of the people in charge. Funny on its own, but funnier knowing the people theyā€™re talking about!

I absolutely loved the plot of this book. The characters are lovely , and it's really nice seeing the relationships they form between each other. There were so many plot twists in this book!! I was completely shocked. Also this book is NOT a slow burn (which I felt was important to point out) . The only thing I had issues with was some of the language used in the book. English is my mother tongue, but I found many words in the book confusing. Maybe if I knew more about American politics it would make sense ? But yes other than that I absolutely loved reading this book and I'm really happy with how the ending turned out too. I'd 100% recommend it to anyone
