I thought this might provide some insightful background to Christian's trauma, his therapy, and management of that trauma through BDSM. It did not. There was an opportunity here to add thoughtfulness to an otherwise shallow book. This was disappointing and really added less than nothing.
I can't believe that I actually read this awful book to its end. It was just disappointing (which in itself is impressing considering the lack of expectations). There was a lack of new elements, the new perspective offered no element of surprise and didn't give any new light to the story. What a waste of time.
Christian's POV is refreshing and will make you fall in love with him asap. The thoughts I had toward him on the first book have completely changed. When he said something he meant the opposit, 'cause he was falling just like Ana!
oh god, I totally loved this book. I dare to hope for another book; I'd love to read his reaction when Ana is pregnant

This book was so amazing. To get to see the story through Christian just brought new depth to all of it! I raced home to watch the movie again wanting to see it again knowing what is going through his head! So good!
I was really excited to get my hands on this book. However, when I finally began to read by the middle I was really not impressed. I even lent it to my friend and she can't seem to finish it because it's so boring. I don't really feel like I learned anything new about Christian. The entire Fifty Shades series is overrated in my opinion.
