This is a beautiful little book. It is about a little mole who finds a baby bird. He raises the bird and doesn't want him to fly away and leave him. It has a great message about letting things we love go and accepting change.
The illustrations are down right ADORABLE and I love the adventures the mole and the baby bird go on, Benson has captured so much in the face of the little bird and it is a delight!
