It was so disgusting and great, but the bonus story was amazing and really unsettling.

Again the art work is beautiful but, again the characterization isn’t great. Though this time I feel ito went to far in the opposite direction. Explaining too much too early ruining the odd tension that his artwork creates.
I did however really enjoy his story the enigma of amigawa falls and do agree that it is one of his best work with its digestible short horror format.
Overall I believe Uzumaki is his best followed by Tomie and than Gyo. This book being not bad but, not great leaves it at a solid 3 stars.
