THIS WAS SO BEAUTIFUL!!

At first I couldn't stand Mary, really. But then, she started becoming more and more open and friendly, and I liked that a lot.
Seriously, everything was so beautiful described I wish I could be in that garden.

A very sweet novel that touches on friendship, love, and the wonder and joy of nature. It causes you to step back and realize what's all around you, and to be grateful for it. A children's classic for a reason.

A good classic that focuses on how positivity is an important practice, but the beginning has a few inappropriate/racist bits about India, per the time, and it gets very preachy at the end, but overall it's an okay book to revisit.
