I somehow missed this Katie Cotugno??! I have watched approximately six and a half seasons of say yes to the dress in the last three weeks, so I needed a little brain break. This book seriously delivered! I just wanted the characters to fall in love so hard and then for everything to be okay. So proud of this character and loved how the story played out. Read it.

I liked the concept and the author’s style, but even though main character Fiona had plenty of reason to be so grumpy and rude, I just really couldn’t connect with her much. Based on the back of the book, I imagined this story to play out so differently. And while I did enjoy most of it, I wish I got the version I was expecting too.

I do plan on reading more from this author though! It was an easy read.
