As with any anthology, I had my favorties and ones I liked less. The book is setup into different aspects of writing, and each story is followed by an essay form the author, explaining how they write or how they approached the story. There are a lot of fascinating insights from big names in SF. Overall, it;s a great collection, I think it felt a little slow because it's half essays, but I liked it.
