I expected so much more from a book with such a fun title. It was overly cheesy, and mixed pop culture and fairy tale together is the worst way. The "humor" was predictable and boring.

Absolutely entertaining, incredibly clever twists on fairytales and nursery rhymes. Not for everyone, but those who appreciate campy, over the top humor and word play should like it. Pure mind candy.

This book was ok. It was good and there were some funny parts, but the constant referencing of fairy tales was a bit of an overkill. It was also slow and didn't really start to pick up until the last 50 pages or so.

This was a cute adult version of a fractured fairy tale.

Meh. Just not what I was wanting it to be. Kind of Sookie-Stackhouse-ish, but with fairy tales.

DNF. Actively avoiding this book. Interesting concept, but too many s in the narrative.

Madcap frctured fairy tale on a private eye trope. Lots of fun, mixed identities, forbidden love, excellent silliness. It's a great way to spend a couple of afternoons.

This book was very entertaining and a new spin on a murder mystery that was very refreshing. I would recommend this to anyone who has enjoyed a Fairytale and can find the humor in the cheesiness of it all.
