A great story about the prez of a club, Country, and a young woman named Dusty, who is infatuated with him.
This books starts off hot and heavy and then the chaos and drama ensues.
Dusty is afraid to tell Country how she feels and waits patiently for 2years for him to notice her.
It is a quick read and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Dusty and Country are the first couple in the Diamond MC. Their chemistry is off the charts and undeniable. This is a story of misunderstandings and miscommunication.
Dusty is not your conventional club girl. Yes you read that line correctly. She is a young lady who decides she needs something different in her life so she signs up to be a club girl. What makes her so unconventional is she goes above and beyond to do more than just what club girls are for. She is genuine, respectful, and above all is loyal to the club.
Country is the president who is fair, does what needs to be done, and protects everyone he considers family. He is a few years older than Dusty and like most men does not see what is right in front of him.
I loved meeting this group of people and getting to know them. I am looking forward to seeing what is on store for the rest of the brothers.

I love pretty much every thing Lila Rose writes and this was no exception. Even though there were moments I wanted to strangle Country. Trust you will as well a few times. Dusty isn't like any of the other club girls that hang around the Diamond MC. She has a room and does her part to earn her keep by gardening, cooking, cleaning, that sort of thing.

Her heart belongs to Country the MC President but he doesn't seem like he wants more than a night here or there. Country is as Alpha as they get. He was a cross between Talon and Griz for me (both previous Lila Rose characters) which I loved so much. Country wants Dusty and when he notices the other guys show interest, they suddenly have work to do. It's great!

The other club girls are something else. Well, not all of them and I love how timid Dusty deals with them when she finally has enough. The other side characters as always are wonderful. I will say that I need more of Henri and whatever happened with Blaze. There is a story there let me tell you. Julian is one of my favorite Lila Rose characters of all time and I have a feeling that Henri is going to be as awesome if not more so than Julian.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.  This review was originally posted on Storied Conversation

I actually really enjoyed this one because the premise is definitely different than other MC romances I’ve read lately!

Dusty is a club girl and after one night with Country, the club Prez, she’s in love. But Country isn’t exactly on the same page, much to Dusty’s broken heart. After two years of pining, Dusty is finally ready to move on. But Country isn’t about to let a good thing go now that his eyes have been opened.

I liked this and enjoyed it, but I wish there’d been a little more backstory? Fleshing out? I’m not really sure, but it felt like I was kind of thrown in the middle of the plot and expected to feel the connection when I didn’t really see much of it. I did love that once Country was ready to go for his girl, he didn’t waste time. He was all in.

I just wanted a little bit more from this one. I am excited to read the rest of the series! State and Courtney have a novella coming in June that I can’t wait to read!

Ok. I didn’t expect to like this. I bought it because of the Author Lila Rose and because Johnny James was the cover model. I pre-ordered it and had no idea what it was about

I love club girl drama but am not a fan when club girls become old ladies. So when I saw that’s what this was I was ready to not read it.

Man am I glad I read it Turns out this a spin off of Polished P & P which is one of my favorite series I recommend to anyone who wants a good MM series

This hit all the marks. Slow burn. Club girl drama disinterested parents angst danger and fun

I can’t wait for more in this series and I want more Blaze and Henri

Go after what you want

Dusty had decided from the first night that the president of the Diamond MC would be hers.  The only problem, he can't seem to understand all the signals she's been throwing at him for almost two years.

I enjoyed reading Country and Dusty.  There were sometimes that the plot got a little thick or busy, but overall it was a good read.  I do recommend it.  The characters are well written and there are some high points that show the world women can make their lives their own.

From the very start,I loved Dusty and her secret love for Country, the president of the Diamond MC. Dusty was a shy girl who joined the MC for her life of her own, away from her "absent" family...she liked to keep herself to herself with only a few who were let into her life. The only person who she wanted to give her absolute love to was the one who she thought would never want her. Country thought exactly the same, the age gap, the situation of being two different people were a factor but it wasn't until an horrible situation occured that Country realised how much she truely meant to him. The brothers of the Diamond MC are exactly that,a brotherhood,a family, loyal, lovable and ruthless...I can't wait to see what's next!

With Country, Lila has another winner on her hands! Since meeting members of the Diamond MC in her Polished P & P series, I’ve been hoping they would get their own books, so I was so excited to learn about Country and it did not disappoint.

I adored Dusty and how she was with the brothers. Although technically she was a “club girl,” she was more like a little sister to most of them and only had eyes for Country. She truly loved the club as her family. Country took a minute to open his eyes to what was in front of him, but once he did, he was all in.

I would have liked a little more time with them in a relationship/a tiny bit more development, but the story is by no means lacking in any way. Lila is a great writer and amazing storyteller and I very much enjoyed this book.

Country was a great start to this series and I can’t wait for more. If you’re a fan of MC and age gap romances, this one is for you.

Lila Rose nails MC romances every. single. time and this is no exception!

Country is the Prez of the Diamond MC and Dusty is a club girl. They spend a couple nights together but never make it more serious than that. Dusty has a crush on Country but doesn't think he'd want more and Country thinks Dusty deserves someone better than him.

Their loyalty to each other and the club was everything and I loved their chemistry!
