Me encantó :') buenas enseñanzas. Me sorprendió, porque me gustó mucho, me entretuvo hasta que terminé de leer, y me hizo querer leer más de Oscar Wilde.

The absolute DESCRIPTION power in these short stories! There's some very of its time Orientalism and ableism (among other things) but I went from laughing in some stories, to being deeply saddened and disturbed by others. There are a few very very solid stories that fly under the radar (The Happy Prince and The Selfish Giant are well known but, The Young King? The Fisherman and His Soul? Richly descriptive and magical) and would be utterly stunning adapted into animated feature films. Cartoon Saloon.... I'm talking to you

Still one of the loveliest\depressing children stories I have ever read.

3.5/5

This is a book that can be read to children. It is about the friendship formed between a little bird and the statue of a prince in a small village. It had lovely pictures.
