I enjoyed it as long as I didn't think very hard about it. This book really didn't add anything, except some bizarre and unnecessary holes in previous plots, Catching Fire especially. Just sooooo many cameos that it felt like a fanfic and not canon.

The Hunger Games are not particularly well written and this isn't either. But it's a good ride explaining a piece of a story that had an impact on me when it came out.
