Suzanne Collins, you absolute freak. When I read this I was pretty engrossed and affected. However, some of the connections to previous books and characters was a little too forced for me. Some of the details here also felt more like a retcon rather than sophisticated world building. Still, had such an engaging time.

Miss Suzanne you've done it again. No notes. That's it that's the review.

a pretty good hunger games installment. felt a little like the middle child of stories between the first prequel and the main trilogy but still a good story overall. I did shed a tear for the tragic deaths

This was a very emotional read. While we do come in with an idea of Haymitch's story I still appreciate the work Suzanne Collins put into giving us the full picture, unaltered by the Capitol. Some may view this as just another story about the games but I think it does a great job of giving us Haymitch's perspective without glorifying the games.

La escritura de Suzanne es muy buena, el libro al inicio un poco lento pero los siguientes capĂtulos te tiene con curiosidad de lo que va a pasar y como va a acabar.
