This story was crazy. There were constant twists and turns. Just when you thought maybe you know where it was going something happened and changed everything. The ending was a big surprise for me. I would definitely read more from this author.

Great Horror Story
I thoroughly enjoyed this horror story. It’s not often that I come across a “horror” story that keeps me engaged, frightened, and guessing. This hit the mark. I highly recommend, and it’s a great October read.

I listened to this book last night on Audible. I enjoyed this book. My heart was racing while I was listening and I was rooting for Lucas hoping he would get back home to his family. I didn’t expect the plot twist that happened in this book.
Well that was one way to spend my lunch! This was a fast paced, bloody as hell, creepy AF quick read that had a surprising twist at the end! Normally I see it coming but I did not see that coming!
All I can say is Lucas…you’re a star. Smartest damn 11 year old! If I’m ever kidnapped and trapped in a house of horrors with psychopaths and mannequins I’ll just ask myself “what would Lucas do?”

Learning about his parent’s plans to divorce, Lucas decides in order to keep his family together he has to run away. Soon after leaving his house in the night he is kidnapped and what follows after is a nightmare unlike any other. An incredibly fast paced story that becomes more terrifying as it goes on.
Meh wasn’t anything great in my opinion. Wasn’t a fan of the writing, story had potential.
