Read like a Stephen King or Dean Koontz book. Not what I expected from "Patterson."

The Warning is about a town, Mt. Hope, where a nuclear reactor accident occurred. Now, after the "clean up", people are returning to town, and things are very strange. Jordan suddenly has super powers, animals are attacking people, people are behaving badly.
Jordan and his friend, Maggie, are trying to decipher what is happening. It seems the nuclear power plant accident wasn't an accident at all.
Creepy, sci-fi teen drama.

What a waste of the time I spent reading this one. I'm going to guess that he wrote this one some time ago for a middle grade book, forgot about it, found it, and added a bunch of profanity to it to make it "adult fiction". T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E.

Definitely not my cup of tea. I think this is the worst Patterson book I’ve read. I love Patterson but this is way far out and might be interesting to sci-fi fans. Not for me.

This is YA, isn't it? Well not technically but it should be. I enjoyed the book because Patterson books are always a quick, fast, fun read. And this is quick, in fact you can jump a whole year in one chapter which was a little too fast to me, I was missing some back story. Oh and the ending how quick can you end a book? Without tying up loose ends ? apparently this story can, I see a sequel in the future.
