Highly enjoyable. I was sucked in and couldn't put it down. My only complaint is that it's sooo much like Twilight. But I love Katy's character and her narrative is literally the best. Daemon is swoon worthy. I'm hooked.

Me ha gustado muchísimo, eso sí, teniendo en cuenta la clase de libro que es. No es una obra de arte y es cierto que hay muchos libros de este estilo, pero precisamente me ha parecido que a pesar de tener una trama bastante típica, consigue crear una historia muy fresca y entretenida.

I liked the way the story went off easy and natural in terms of writing. Although, it's faar from natural, is it:)
Anyways, The Lux is an unusual kind of supernatural for me, but I enjoyed the read. I think, maybe, most of all I enjoyed the sweet intimate moments between the main duo.

Sexy čtení. Hůů.

Nemusela jsem se přemlouvat dlouho, abych začala číst právě tuhle knížku, jelikož si jí všichni vychvalovali, musím však říct, že jsem mírně zklamaná. Čekala jsem od příběhu daleko víc, možná trochu kvalitnější čtení, ale jako oddychovka posloužila knížka dobře!

Katy je šestnáctiletá holka, která žije obyčejný život. Má ráda knížky a svůj blog. Když se však po smrti jejího otce s matkou přestěhuje do malého městečka, nemůže být více překvapená. Brzy zjistí, že její sexy soused a jeho sestra nepochází tak docela ze Země, a když jí jeden z nich zachrání život, svým způsobem ji vtáhne do jejich světa a seznámí s hrozbami, které by ji mohli připravit o život. Ještě že je Daemon více jak ochotný ji trochu pohlídat...

Rozhodně jsem se bavila! Příběh se trochu táhl a byl více zaměřený na hádky mezi Katy a Daemonem, ale to mi vůbec nevadilo! Vztah mezi nimi byl především vtipný, občas na facku, ale svým způsobem stále okouzlující.

Celkové hodnocení:
Jelikož momentálně čtu druhý díl, nemůžu říct, že nejsem zvědavá, jak se to mezi těmi dvěma vyvine. Každopádně jsem se u prvního dílu nenudila. Hlavně v částech, kde hráli hlavní roli ti dva.

I hated this book. This is the first book to which i have ever said that. I also did not like that the Lux is origanely the name of a schampoo brands name. The way the charakters were discribed was terrible and many things were repeadet. A wast of money and time.!

This is a reread for me that I never logged way back when. I haven't read this series for many years and it's just as fun and exciting as the first time I read it.
