i sobbed. hysterically. maybe it was because i was reading the ending with rain in the background while listening to as the world caves in by matt maltese or because it was just so good....or both <3

4.25 - A satisfying ending to a fun series. While some parts I felt were lacking, other parts made me happy. I will miss the Argo II crew, but I am glad they finally get a rest

I enjoyed this book. Most of the characters were fun and enjoyable, many of them got to grow. I felt like Percy got down graded, Riordan really made him a seaweed brain and it was not easy to read. I understand him being on the back burner since he has been the star for most of the books, but there was no reason to make him dumb. I didn't really care for the end either. The battle with Gaea was easy, seems like there would be more action when fighting the earth mother. It was like she was all talk.

This story may have been a little predictable but I finished it with a smile on my face and I am so happy I read this book and this series!

At first I thought it was a little slow. I expected more action from the beginning but with that end I can't argue. Wow wow wow! I love all of them! That's all! It was beautiful and a perfect end to this series!

Love love love all the character's.

There's just something so sweet about this series. Rereading it feels like a balm. I think this is the second weakest of the series for me. But seeing more of Nico and the beginning Nico and Will makes up for a lot of it.
