Jesus. What a let down from 'Don't'

The beginning was mind boggling. A tonne of ménage fluff, all of a sudden?? It was a bit... too idyllic and shallow to open with, especially after the tightrope of emotions between these three from 'Don't', but I kept going.

I like that we got to know a bit more about Jack, and the whole Cutter scenario. Jack's reaction to the videos being posted online was a bit, sedate, but I was still enjoying reading about him and his complexities.

But then for the middle section, I wasn't exactly put off the book for the content, but more because the writing really started to meander a lot. I think a headfuck book need total precision and control from an author, which Jack Pyke just didn't deliver.

I made it up until after the whole ordeal, past Jack going back to work and being robotic, and the whole thing just got tiring, confusing and convoluted and I had no desire to continue with this book.

There was no indication that the story was going to start to progress again. The plot just felt stuck in one place for far too long, and I lost interest.

Total let down. :(
