A unique, but altogether cute and well-written love story. Celeste and Olivia were great characters that I grew easily attached to. The overall plot is kind of ridiculous, what with this shady government organization and all the wild things it has and does for the experiment. Still, it’s a fine backdrop for the real story—Liv and Celeste’s romance.
As far as lesbian literature goes, this one isn’t really anything too amazing, but it’s a nice story.

This book is by lesbians for lesbians. If you want lesbians to not be grossed out by males and penises, this book is not for you.mollydollydoodah's review against another edition

It was okay, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone or read it again. The concept was interesting but it was very predictable (I predicted the plot twist before I even read one page).
