Bought it without knowing the story, I thought it was just a dark romance book but I didn't expect it to be that dark ;-;
I regret only reading the reviews after buying it, i really do. It's not a bad book ig? but it's way too deranged for me. You guys need therapy.
I am now traumatised and I didn't even finish the book, okay? I couldn't finish it it was wayyy too crazy for me. I'll probably read it again in a few years but that was A LOT to start with.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under 21, I really wouldn't.
It's well written tho and pretty, idk straightforward? they don't waste their time talking iykwim
buy it but only if you like the heavy stuff

I have no words about this book. It took me a bit to finally get into it because I was afraid I wouldn’t like it after hearing how dark it could be. But once I got through that wall, I actually enjoyed reading it. Honestly, I didn’t mind the stalker/stalker aspect of the book. To me it made it that more intriguing. Zade is a fucking work of art is all i’m saying!! Many of the scenes had me giggling and screaming and freaking out overall because I’ve never read something like that. I will say that I am not happy about the cliff hanger and now I want to read the next book even more but I’m afraid that it won’t be as good as this once from what I’ve heard.

Took me 10 months before I finished reading Book 1. Not a fan of how it was written. Characters are insufferable. Worst if not equal to Fifty Shades of Grey. And yes, I've read books of the same genre before. This is not it.

(i would like to preface this review by saying how i rate books is majorly based on how they made me feel and not the quality of the writing)
this book fucked up my head. i could not stop reading it and i was all for the romance. but after finishing it and thinking about it i feel like this book gave me stockholm syndrome. while reading i was sucked in and entranced by zade but the more i think about the book the more i feel like i’m coming out of a haze.
i’m giving this book 2 stars cause it had me hooked and enveloped by the story but after finishing i honestly wish that i could go back in time and take the trigger warnings more seriously cause this book will definitely be coming up in my next therapy appointment

This rating is only because it wasn’t too slow. I thought the writing was extremely poor, but I also learned a valuable lesson, I am not hardcore. Some things are simply not meant for me and that kind of gun play is not one of them. But also show, don’t tell
