I liked some ideas in here, but the repetition felt tedious. The overall message also has some merit, but I would have liked to see a bit more nuance. I don't feel like I'm the target demographic though as this seems moreso a book written for (young) children than adults.

This was REALLY long. I think it could have been shortened a bit and still gotten its point across. There was a lot of talk about how fat and ugly Mary was. It got old after a while. I liked that the point was spend time outside and you’ll be a happier person.
