Honestly, not really a needed book at all. And feel like I have nothing really to say but it was interesting to be in his head and read certain scenes through his perspective, but that鈥檚 really all. (maybe I would have enjoyed this more if the trilogy didn鈥檛 have such a unnecessary ending??

I did enjoy the first two stories, Four the Transfer and Four the Initiate. I do adore Veronica Roth's writing style.
Even though I did overall enjoy the book, there are few things...
The last two stories, Four the Son and Four the Traitor lost their flavor all of a sudden. Nothing much was happening at that point in the story, so I got bored. At that point, I was starting to realize just how similar Tris and Four are as characters. I understand because they come from similar backgrounds but I had to mentally note in my mind that if the title of the book wasn't Four, I probably would've confused his narrative to be Tri. Am I the only one?

But in the end, I liked reading more about Four (Tobias) and his story and what he went through before Tris came into the story.

I thought this was ok. I liked seeing things from Four鈥檚 perspective and learning more about why he chose Dauntless. Sometimes a was a little confused by the timeline. I wish there were more from his perspective.

It was nothing special, and if would like the divergent series more, I probably would have enjoyed this more too. It was fine and interesting to See out of fours perspective, even though I kinda had a feeling, that this Four and the Four out of the main books are a compleatly different person. Maybe I feel that way because it is a bit time ago when I Read divergent.

Ksi膮偶ka rozpoczynaj膮ca seri臋 Niezgodna Veroniki Roth, to dobrze zbudowany 艣wiat, lecz dla nastolatk贸w bez wymaga艅. Nie ukrywam, mia艂am wyg贸rowane oczekiwania, kt贸re nie zosta艂y spe艂nione, lecz og贸艂em jest to ksi膮偶ka s艂aba. M贸wi臋 [pisz臋] to z ogromnym rozczarowaniem,  ale i zaskoczeniem.
Zamys艂 jest dobry, lecz realizacja... posz艂a w gruzach.

Great explanation of Fours past and made me understand the books even better!

I read the books when I was 14(ish) and I read the trilogy in 4 days. Omg I loved it and even cried at the end!

Loved this book maybe even more then the trilogy..

Loved this book, finished it in one sitting and I loved knowing what was going on in Four's world before and during Tris and his thoughts during key moments of the first novel. I definitely did not want it to end, can't believe it's over now. So much love for Veronica. <4
