This is a re-read hoping it got better with a second pass. It's not the best in the LoG series and not the worst. However, I expected Landon's book to be more... complex? Considering his appearance in the other books in the series where he is ruthless, I went in having high expectations that just didn't come through, though some good bits tie into the other books.

I laughed a lot through this book, I also cursed a lot for Mia's total lack of communication, I liked Mia but she was also a lot of talk and little action. Landon filled my cracks and I could really relate to him. Is it exactly the same story as the three previous ones in the series? The answer is yes, but I like it. I know exactly what to expect.
