This book, in my opinion, was not as good as the first book in the series. It was spicier, but the plot was not my favorite and felt quite dull. It talked a lot about politics and duties of princesses/queens, which is not for me. I felt bored for quite a bit of this book and would’ve enjoyed a stronger plot. However, this book was an easy read and enjoyed reading about Bridget and Rhys.

I almost didn't read this because I hated.. I mean really really hated the first book..
Alex Volkov was a psychopath imo
BUT
I'M SO GLAD I READ THIS ONE
Rhys Larsen is the definition of THE MAN
The female lead was strong and had a personality which was soo good to see
And though Rhys was broody and overprotective and possessive.. He never made her decisions for her.. He was there always if she needed her.. But he also let Her handle things herself... He BELIEVED IN HER
This book has my HEART FOREVER
"IT'S YOU AND ME PRINCESS AGAINST THE WORLD"

I enjoyed this book. I liked the royal aspect of it and the forbidden romance portion as well. Rhys is great and I adore him. Bridget is so strong and outspoken which I REALLY liked. I found myself a bit bored during certain portions of this book but overall, it was great!

I am excited to see Josh and Jule's relationship, but I am most excited to read Christian and Stella's. Christian is very intriguing. I also would like an Andreas book because he is interesting as well. I won't read the next book right away, but I will pick it back up eventually.

4/5!

would give this infinity ♾️ if I could bc it was THAT good

rhys larsen is my favorite twisted man now hence just one of the reasons this is my fav twisted book <3 he and Bridget actually have my ENTIRE heart! forbidden romance is my absolute favorite trope of all time so i knew this would be up my alley and it did not disappoint. even though we all knew they would love one another, the slow burn between them was done exceptionally well with all that building tension. I just love how authentic their relationship was and how their undeniable chemistry drew them together over time from feeling naturally attracted to the other to sharing deeper emotions. I need a bodyguard who nicknames me princess too

DID NOT FINISH: 43%

Too smutty. good plot, but not my kind of writing style (talk about “d” and sexual content).

other people like this, but it’s just not my type, and not what i want to fill my head with.

Really liked the fmc in this book but the storyline was literally all over the place. In every third chapter there was some weird time jump so the storyline could develop. The time jumps made the romance element sort of look like it came out of nowhere lol

I did like the storyline of this book. However, the plot focused more on their sex life than romance, which was disappointing to me. Also, the sex scenes were weird af.

I loved this book even more than Twisted Love. While I found Twisted Love to have parts that I found were either random or in excess, I loved every single part of Twisted Games. If you like steamy Princess Diary vibes, pick up this book!

This is a forbidden romance between a crown princess and her bodyguard. You can feel the tension building between Bridget and Rhys throughout each of their interactions. At the same time, Bridget is trying to figure out her responsibilities and duties as a princess. I liked that it was low drama, especially the side plot. Sometimes I feel that side plots overshadow the romance, but in this case, the side plot fit with the developing relationship between Bridget and Rhys. The steamy scenes are perfection and placed so well throughout the book that they are so emotionally fueled.
