I didn’t love this one as much as the first book, but still enjoyed it. These books are extremely readable and there was a good mix of plot and spice. I think my biggest with this was that it felt like Instalove and there is a big portion of time that is missing in the book where I assume some feelings continue to develop but it wasn’t really portrayed. I’m intrigued by the set up for the characters in the next two books and will definitely continue reading the series.

I really loved this second book of the Stone Riders MC! I was so curious about Killian and Laura from the first book that I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book! What I loved about this book is how much action was it! I kept wanting to turn the page to see what was coming next for Killian and Laura.
Killian is a different MMC then Wes was and I LOVED that! We get a glimpse of his backstory and why he is the way he is. I love how he was with Laura she was able to bulldoze her way through his walls and I was hear for all of that.
Laura I absolutely loved her! She was a badass FMC who was willing to go to bat for everyone that she loved who she considered family! She was the perfect match for Killian..usually I love an opposites attract vibe but these two basically being the same was so perfect for this story! I can't wait to see glimpses of them in the next books how they work as a power couple.
Now I know Silas and Natty are not next but I seriously can not wait for their book! This tension and mystery I feel is going to be worth it!
Now off to go read about Jameson and Penelope.

I'm loving this series! I especially loved Killian and Laura together. Their chemistry and banter are so good. I couldn't get enough of it between their jealousy, possessiveness, tattoos, and why he calls her Daisy. Killian and Laura were made for each other. Also, I love the little sneak peeks of couples we get for the rest of the series. I'm very excited for WWP and for Jamison and Penelope's story.

Killian is a dick. Definitely did not like him at any point in this story. Laura let him treat her like shit all the time but still stood around waiting for him. He's the new club President and he can't have any distractions so he can't claim her but didn't want anyone else to either. Their whole thing annoyed me lol. The plot twist at the end was crazy though.
