I am seriously obsessed with this series!

Read if you like:
MC romance
Smalltown
Enemies to lovers
Forced Proximity
Touch her & d!e
Found family

I really enjoyed book 1 but this one was absolutely phenomenal. I freaking loved Killian. Getting to know his backstory was just the best. His reasons to stay away from Laura were understandable, and it was the perfect thing to keep this irresistible pull between our main characters going on, and it was HOOOOT. The way the relationship between those two evolved was great, and I enjoyed seeing them open to one another. The angst was just amazing and this book delivered great tension, chemistry and steamy scenes.

This series is such a perfect mix of romance and bits of suspense / danger with everything going on in the background. Ahsley Munoz sure does a great job at creating a perfect balance between the love story and all that is going on with this MC organisation and it is making sure we are hooked from start to finish. I also like how these stories go with multiple timelines and keep you captivated with the back and forth between all that happened.

I am usually not big on series that you need to read in order because I'm a mood reader and if book 6 calls to my mood nothing will stop me, hahaha, but this one is making sure I am so intrigued with the next book that I cannot help continue the series right away and well... I'm liking it. Even though each book focuses on the main couple, the side characters are present enough to keep you interested in their stories as well and they are so loveable you just want to know what is going to happen to them.

So far this is my favourite in the series but do I need to remind you I am kind of obsessed with Silas, so I am not so patiently waiting for his book to come out and see if he will indeed steal my heart!
