I really didnโt think anyone could top Wes and Callie for me but Killian and Laura said hold my beer. When I read Where We Started last year, I was obsessed! But after finishing Where We Started - I think I loved this one even more, which is saying something.
Killian is so hardened on the outside but the man beneath his cutโฆ God, his words could bring me to my knees. He is so gone for Laura but his past and status makes him want to keep her at arms length.
These two dance around each other but they just canโt stay away. They truly felt like soulmates. Laura is Killianโs match in every way.
I love this MC world. It keeps me on my toes and turning the page to find out what happens. I am here for the club as much as I am for the romance. I am now dying to read the next one!

This follows Laura and Killian, I loved these two together so much! Something happened between the two when they first meet and Killian is a real asshole to her. Laura is living in his apartment for rent free to save up money and she deals with him even though she doesnโt deserve it. The chemistry buildup between the two is so damn good. Killian is so lovable when he is not trying to hide his feelings for Laura. I am obsessed with him. I loved all the side characters and canโt wait for the next book.
