I jumped right into book 2 after book 1 and mannnn it was good! The tension and the past trauma was just chefs kiss. Killian and Laura made me want to shake them but hug them at the same time.

Finished this in one sitting!

I’m having a blast with this series. Killian was so afraid of his feelings knowing that it would expose a weakness but Laura was his equal and provided nothing but support for him and the club. Really loved their relationship. Starting book 3 now!

Oh man! The tension between Killian and Laura was set up in the previous book and I could not wait for these two to come together.  Killian's story was tragic and so heartbreaking, but the way that he and Laura were together was just the sweetest thing.  Despite Killian trying to fight his feelings and keep Laura away to protect her, he eventually had to just give in and go with it and it was so beautiful.

Where We Belong is the second book in the Stone Riders Series and can be read as a standalone, however I highly recommend reading them in order. If you love Motorcycle Club, enemies to lovers romance you are going to want to grab this one! Killian and Laura are both trying to fight their attraction to one another and act like they don't care but they do care, and they both are jealous. He is mean and antagonizing but she gives it right back to him. She craves it! I'm absolutely in love with this book. I am patiently waiting for the next book in this series!

Laura and Killian are the best friends of the couple from the first book. And we saw bits and pieces of their relationship in that book.

Laura and Killian got off on the wrong foot due to Killian being an asshole to her. With their best friends being a couple, they couldn’t help being in each other’s orbits and provoking each other. Still, they were attracted to each other and got closer.

My heart. This story was amazing. Killian was an asshole but in the end I couldn’t help but falling for him. He was so protective of Laura especially that scene with Silas, its my favorite.

I’m so excite for Penelope and Jameson and I absolutely cannot wait for Silas and Natty

killian and laura were FORCES! i just loved the both of them so much. the chemistry and tension between these two was absolutely off the charts.

this motorcycle club series is so good, i am OBSESSED

i REALLY wanted this to be a 5 star, or even a 4 star. but again, there was a level of cheesiness and fanfic-ish level of writing.

i'm a fanfic girly, don't get me wrong, but for a published book, i expect a little more?

killian was definitely a favorite, even from book one. give me a 'love is worthless' man any day of the week because i will live for him absolutely crumbling for his woman.

my biggest issue with this one, again aside from the writing, was the constant back and forth of 'miscommunication'. which i'm not even sure that's what i would call it. here is the man telling laura that he wants her and to stay here, and then she sees, even from my perspective, a completely innocent exchange and just runs with it to simply see him riled up?

meh.

After reading book one I knew instantly that I wanted Killian and Laura’s story, I waited somewhat patiently and devoured their story not once but several times. I knew it would pull at my heartstrings and I knew that there would be times I would want to shake some sense into Killian, and I wasn’t wrong, but it did so much more like stealing my heart. Killian has a lot of conflicting emotions when it comes to is role in the club, but his loyalty ever waivers and now it’s time for him to step into the role he was always meant to be in, the president. Being the president comes with some backlash like those close to you always having the potential to be in danger and making hard decisions, so Killian knows he can’t have his happy ever after no matter how hard he wants it with Laura. Laura knows that her and Killian could be endgame, but she refuses to be treated a second best and yet the time she spends around the club she becomes this fierce person that protects those around her and showing that she has what it takes to be the one that can stand by Killian. My heart hurt for Laura because she loved him so much from the beginning and even though she refused to let herself be a little secret she stood her ground and fought for what she wanted. These two are perfect for each other yet they have so much stood in their way to happiness. Can Killian let go of this idea he can’t have love while leading his club or will he be willing to let Laura walk away for good? I LOVED this story and Killian so much because of the inner battles he fought to keep Laura safe, and I loved the fierceness that Laura grew into.
