I really enjoyed the first half, not as much the second. I think I liked this more in audiobook form, since some of the chapters were the podcast episodes so I rated it higher for that reason

I just want to start out by saying that I really do like this book. A sapphic murder mystery thriller is something I’ve always wanted and this filled that hole. I adore the characters and their friendships. I shipped Lea and Iris immediately because of the enemies to lovers trope and I wish they had a little bit more of a slow burn.

The reason why the rating is pretty low is because the reveal wasn’t compelling to me at all. It was a lot of the same stuff that I’ve read in YA thriller books. If this was one of the first books I’ve read in this genre it would’ve been one of my favorites. There were just too many of the same tropes I’m tired of reading.

Can’t wait to see more of this author because I really enjoy her writing and character building !!!

Oh my god so good! It was such a thrilling read with so many good characters. I stayed up way later than I should've during the climax because I couldn't put it down. It was amazing to see so much queer representation. Definitely one of my favorite books! I highly recommend but please check the content warnings before reading

No even gonna lie, I usually don’t really read mystery books but hey this one was pretty good, I don’t have anything to compare it to but in my books it was pretty interesting so

Ok wow, taking the fact that I felt like this took me two weeks to finish I really enjoyed this one. I felt that the ending was really satisfying and the twists and turns kept me turning the pages with anticipation on what would happen next in unraveling the mystery. I found the characters to be alright. I could definitely tell the side characters from the main ones though. I found the comedy that was mentioned in the book great. The ending also had me at the edge of my seat.
