Not a bad book. I like how modern the kids are it’s funny af all the pop culture references.
But the actual story was honestly so boring. We repeated over and over again the same 4 things we learned about the same people and focused wayyyy too much on Lia. I don’t even like Lia nor do I care. The like plot twist was boring and tbh didn’t even make sense honeslty. I was like thays just dumb. I couldn’t really care for the characters either. Heather slayed tho.
This fr gave I loved a good girls guide to murder so imma write a thriller. Like the plot and everything just gave that for me

I have been reading this for over a week and I just cant really get into it and I dont really care too much about the characters or the story. What really made me not care was how similiar it is to agggtm like i get thats the point but when Iris finds a note that is almost exactly like what pip finds at the end of part one in BOTH books (If I remember correctly) that kind of was just off putting to me and made me not want to keep reading. I think it would have been better if it used less modern slang (I have this problem with a lot of books lol) and if it was less similar to agggtm. It had a lot of potential but for me it kind of just fell flat.
