i liked the first two acts but when the theme went from being about how people who experience trauma sometimes gain the capability to harm others into how this girl is cray cray 😝 and forced an old man to date her i was kind of over it. the writing was really good but i just didn’t really fw the ending or how walter’s character was handled.

AMAZING! This is the best audiobook I have ever listened to. A full cast with music. It’s structured so it really sounds like you’re listening to news interviews etc. 
I didn’t see any of the twists coming. I wish I could delete the memory of this one so I could read it again right away. I was on vacation in Yellowstone and Grand Teton and I couldn’t put it down. Will be recommending to anyone I know that likes thrillers. Definitely going on a Lisa Jewell binge now.

oh my gosh! i’m not typically a thriller reader but i really struggled to put this down! the plot is so fast-paced and by the end of it, i’m honestly not sure what is true and what isn’t! thoroughly enjoyed (even if sometimes i was in out-right shock)
