Tana French captures the power and intricacies of teenage friendships in this book that tells the story of the murder of Chris Harper - whose dead body is find on the grounds of St Kilda’s girls school. Chapters alternate between the previous school year and the one day that two detectives spend at St Kilda’s solving the case. Very well done.
