This was one of the most beautiful books I have ever read, it took me on a whirl wind of emotions. I felt everything Charlotte felt when Adam died. I loved her journey of self love, change and I loved that she kept her promise to Adam while keeping his memory alive. This is the opposite of "Me Before You" in my opinion. A terminally ill man teaching a perfectly healthy person whose days aren't numbered to live. Truly inspiring and heart wrenching. 10/10 would recommend.

My new favorite author! Such a beautiful story.

The ending was interesting. Felt a little rushed and a little underwhelming. It felt like it was supposed to be seen as hopeful but it just felt sad and disingenuous in a way. Idk, maybe it’s partially because the FMC annoyed me for most of the book.
