This book started off really strong. The representation is great (loads of LGBTQ+ characters)and I really liked a lot of the characters. But then it went downhill really fast.
One of the characters becomes really gaslighty and toxic and all of the other characters act like that’s completely fine! This character switch was really out of the blue and it made me feel really uncomfortable.
This completely ruined my enjoyment of the book and turned my four star review into a two star. It’s really disappointing because this book started off so strong! The representation is great and I thought the storyline could really push boundaries. But unfortunately I couldn’t get past the toxic behaviour.
