Ok threw it on because I thought I'd hate but but actually enjoyed the perspective and philosophical shift.

Listened to the audiobook, thus unsure who to blame…the authors, the translators, or the actors all have their part to own in what has to be one of the more irritating audiobooks ever produced. Poor Adler deserves better.

Extraordinary. If Freudian psychology has ever stuck in your craw, try this book. It delves into the Adlerian school of thought as an alternative to Freud, and the advantages of an individualist, community-focused lifestyle vs. a deterministic one.

Highly recommend.

I didn’t think the book would be about philosophy, but more about how one can be ok with being disliked
