Nash gave me the creeps instantly, a reminder of my BA Creative Writing days at Uni and a reminder of why I no longer partake in those circles. He was instantly irritating and I got mad at Eddie for not realising that he had ulterior motives earlier. She was very much the densest and most naive character in the entire book and while I was angry on her behalf, I was angry at her actions and obliviousness more often.

Meh, Lesbian Bridgerton. Intellect stealing man trope. Maybe this 'pop culture but make it Bridgerton' style isn't my cup of tea. This should have been a half day read but felt like it took forever to get through. I honestly spaced out for large chunks of this. If this is your cuppa, cheers to you!
