I was pretty disappointed by this book because I couldn't finish reading this book. I just got really bored and it was really hard to get through.
I suffered finishing this book. The ending was too convenient to my liking.
What a book. I feel like this last book of the trilogy wrapped up everything so nicely. We got to see Howels friendships and relationships grow and even take a turn for the worse/better. We found out that not everything appeared at it seemed with her aunt and father and overall I didn’t expect myself to be brought to tears. Also bonus love for the epilogue chapter that wrapped up everything so beautifully!
I am not at all happy how our protagonist was forced into her final circumstances. Instead of feeling like she chose her own path, even within the stupid societal constraints on her, that she surrendered completely to them. One does not need to save the world, largely from itself, and then agree to be chained again to the same structure that broke the world in the first place.
adventurous
Who needs 3 possible love interests when there's more serious things to deal with? There's a very real trap...but Henrietta is all "I love them all...in different ways."
No. Nope. You get one and you should be grateful.
No spoilers of course, but felt a little let down with the ending. Started out with a bang, ended with an enthusiastic fizz...

No no no no and no. This book was huge disappointment and I can’t believe what the author decided to do to my favourite character. Just no. Sad to give only one star to this.
This was kind of a mess. But it's the end of a series and all the loose ends were tied up (not neatly but it is what it is).
