this was really incredible. lorde’s advocacy was so powerful, i found the last section power vs prosthesis really left a mark.

every time I return to this book, I find newer appreciation for the vulnerability and power with which Audre Lorde writes about life, love, death, fear and community. absolutely brilliant and moving.
