Grandly terrifying

The book intrigued me when the author was nominated for a showcase of Indie Author Appreciation Month in September of 2019 on my author blog, and the author was nice enough to share the story with me for a review. First, I enjoy reading a good horror story, and this one has a haunting past, as well as a haunting presence. It spooky and creepy in all the right places, and Emersyn is a great character. She is multi-dimensional and this story is not a cookie-cutter horror story. It's scary, yes, but it's also written with a grand pen. I look forward to reading more by this author. This book is recommended by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews.
