This was such a lovely Christmas read! Besides getting hung up on a few Scottish terms I was not familiar with, and the unnecessary addition of the witches- I really enjoyed this story! It had depth and wasn't just another hallmark-y book. I love life re-do that Carmen gets and the positive relationships Carmen builds with those she is forced to be in close proximity with- including the chance for love that she never saw coming.

Very cute and cozy. I like that the men came later in her development, but got to the verge of frustrating with that one dude. I didn't get the dream stuff. Why did it happen? Also not every scene was necessary, like the 2 page chapter.
